Preliminary Market Consultation (PMC) PU01 Process piping With this PMC, Vantaan Energia (hereinafter referred to as VE) initiates a market survey for a future procurement. The aim of this preliminary notice is to find suppliers operating in the field, obtain information about solutions available on the market, and inform about the plans and requirements of the upcoming procurement. OBJECT OF PROCUREMENT Refer to appendix "CTES_PU01_Process piping works_Market survey_Introduction" for the object and scope of procurement. MARKET DIALOGUE VE may, at its discretion, propose further market dialogue discussions with those who have responded to this notice. The request for information does not obligate the contracting entity to carry out the actual procurement, and the decision to initiate a possible procurement procedure will be made separately. The request for information and the responses to it do not bind either party. Responding or not responding to the request for information does not affect the supplier's position in a possible future tender. No compensation will be paid for participation in the market dialogue.,
